微波消融治疗肺癌的免疫机制进展

摘要 微波消融(microwave ablation,MWA)是一种微创的热消融治疗手段,目前已广泛应用于肺癌的局部治疗。MWA不仅能够局部有效地诱导肿瘤细胞坏死,还能通过调控肿瘤免疫微环境(tumor immune microenvironment,TIME)诱发潜在远端效应来激活抗肿瘤免疫效应;此外,MWA联合抗肿瘤免疫药物可能发挥协同效应,这为肺癌患者的治疗提供了新的方向。本文综述了MWA治疗肺癌过程中抗肿瘤免疫反应激活的机制,旨在为肺癌未来的治疗策略提供理论基础和实践指导。 Microwave ablation(MWA)is a minimally invasive thermal ablation treatment method and has been widely applied in the local treatment of lung cancer.MWA not only can effectively induce local tumor cell necrosis,but also can activate anti-tumor immune responses by regulating the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)and inducing potential distant effects.In addition,the combination of MWA and anti-tumor immune drugs may exert a synergistic effect,which provides a new direction for the treatment of lung cancer patients.This article reviews the mechanisms of activation of anti-tumor immune responses during MWA treatment of lung cancer,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for future treatment strategies of lung cancer.
