摘要
针对软土地基堤坝渗漏控制难题,本文结合苏州地区某干堤加固工程,系统分析了塑性混凝土防渗墙在易液化、高渗压地质条件下的施工关键技术。通过优化槽段划分与成槽工艺、改进混凝土配合比与水下浇筑控制、创新墙段接缝与缺陷修复技术,构建了从成槽到成墙全过程的质量控制体系。工程实践表明,该技术体系有效提升了墙体完整性与抗渗性能,实现了施工效率与工程质量的统一,为类似地质条件下的堤防加固提供了可靠的技术路径。
Addressing the seepage control of embankments on soft soil foundations,this study analyzed key construction techniques for plastic concrete cutoff walls under liquefiable geological conditions and high seepage pressure,based on a main embankment reinforcement project in Suzhou.A full-process quality control system was established-from trenching to wall formation-through optimized panel division and trenching methods,improved concrete mix design and underwater placement,as well as innovative joint treatment and defect repair techniques.Project results demonstrated that this technical system enhanced the integrity and impermeability of the cutoff wall,achieving a balance between construction efficiency and quality,and provided a reliable reference for similar embankment reinforcement projects.
