摘要
为研究石墨尾矿对珍珠岩混凝土的微观结构影响,采用不同掺量的石墨尾矿制备膨胀珍珠岩混凝土试件,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,对试件的孔隙结构及微观形貌进行测试分析。结果表明,石墨尾矿掺量为15%时可优化混凝土的孔隙结构,使孔隙率降低,孔隙分布更均匀,促进二次水化反应,生成更多水化硅酸钙C-S-H凝胶和C-A-S-H胶凝等水化产物,提高界面粘结强度,从而改善混凝土的微观结构。当石墨尾矿掺量超过15%时,容易在混凝土中团聚,对混凝土的微观结构产生不利影响,所以在工程实践应用时要合理控制石墨尾矿掺量。
In order to study the influence of graphite tailings on the microstructure of perlite concrete,expanded perlite concrete specimens were prepared by using different dosages of graphite tailings,and the pore structure and micro morphology of the specimens were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that when the content of graphite tailings is 15%,it can optimize the pore structure of concrete,reduce the porosity,make the pore distribution more uniform,promote the secondary hydration reaction,generate more hydration products such as calcium silicate hydrate C-S-H gel and C-A-S-H cementitious,increase the interfacial bonding strength,and thereby improve the microstructure of concrete.When the content of graphite tailings exceeds 15%,it is prone to form agglomeration in concrete,which has an adverse effect on the microstructure of concrete.Therefore,in engineering practice applications,the content of graphite tailings should be reasonably controlled.
