摘要
通过问卷调查的方式,针对高校就业指导课程存在的“授课安排不合理,设置缺乏系统性”“课程教材千篇一律,无法精准指导”“教师结构单一,专业师资匮乏”“重视理论教学,轻视实践教学”等问题,提出“科学设置时间”“开发校本教材”“夯实师资力量”和“加强教学实践”等教学改革路径,旨在提升新就业形态下的高校就业指导效果。
This study,by means of questionnaire survey,addresses issues existing in college career guidance courses,such as"unreasonable teaching arrangements and lack of systematicity in course setup","uniform course textbooks that fail to provide targeted guidance","simplified teacher structure and shortage of professional faculty",and"overemphasis on theoretical teaching while neglecting practical teaching".It proposes teaching reform approaches including"scientifically arranging teaching time","developing school-based textbooks","strengthening the teaching staff",and"enhancing teaching practice",aiming to improve the effectiveness of college career guidance in the context of the new employment pattern.
