摘要
楔式闸阀广泛应用于石油、化工、核电等行业,但其单配装配工艺导致互换性差、效率低、维修困难。本文通过分析阀体和闸板的制造工艺,探讨影响互换性的关键因素,并提出优化方案。研究发现,密封面角度、开档、对称度等尺寸精度是主要影响因素。对比普通车床和加工中心的加工效果,发现加工中心加工的阀体密封面质量更稳定,能实现闸板互换。建议严格控制密封面角度公差,优选数控设备加工,并提高工装精度和研磨质量。通过系统性优化阀座和闸板密封面的加工工艺,可实现楔式闸阀的完全互换,为行业提高生产效率、降低成本和推动智能化制造提供了可行的工艺路径与数据基础。
Wedge gate valves are widely used in petroleum,chemical,nuclear power and other industries,but their single assembly process leads to poor interchangeability,low efficiency and difficult maintenance.In this paper,by analyzing the manufacturing process of valve body and gate,the key factors affecting interchangeability are discussed,and the optimization scheme is put forward.The study found that the sealing surface angle,opening,symmetry and other dimensional accuracy are the main influencing factors.Comparing the processing effects of ordinary lathes and machining centers,it is found that the quality of the valve body sealing surface processed by the machining center is more stable,and the gate exchange can be realized.It is suggested to strictly control the angle tolerance of sealing surface,optimize the processing of CNC equipment,and improve the accuracy of tooling and grinding quality.By systematically optimizing the processing of valve seat and gate sealing surface,the complete interchange of wedge gate valves can be realized,which provides a feasible process path and data basis for the industry to improve production efficiency,reduce costs and promote intelligent manufacturing.
