摘要
采用计时电流法和交流阻抗等电化学方法,研究PAA、PESA和PASP三种聚合物阻垢剂对碳酸钙的抑制性能。结合XRD、SEM和分子动力学模拟等方法,考察聚合物对CaCO_(3)晶体结构和形貌的影响,模拟计算聚合物与CaCO_(3)晶体的相互作用。结果表明,三种聚合物阻垢剂对CaCO_(3)的抑制效率的顺序为:PESA>PAA>PASP。随着浓度的增加,阻垢剂促进了CaCO_(3)晶体的文石晶体向球霰石转变,阻碍CaCO_(3)晶体的正常生长。计时电流法和电化学阻抗法可以作为评价化学品抑制碳酸钙垢的方法,且聚合物分子与CaCO_(3)文石晶体表面的结合能大小顺序为PESA>PAA>PASP,与电化学测试得到的结果相同。
The electrochemical methods such as timed current method and AC impedance are used to investigate the inhibition performance of three polymeric scale inhibitors,PAA,PESA and PASP,on calcium carbonate.Combined with XRD,SEM and molecular dynamics simulation methods,the effects of polymers on the structure and morphology of CaCO_(3) crystals were investigated,and the interactions between polymers and CaCO_(3) crystals were simulated and calculated.The results showed that the order of inhibition efficiency of the three polymer scale inhibitors on CaCO_(3) was PESA>PAA>PASP.With the increase of concentration,the scale inhibitors promoted the transformation of aragonite crystals to spherulitic aragonite of CaCO_(3) crystals,and hindered the normal growth of CaCO_(3) crystals.Timed current method and electrochemical impedance method can be used as a method to evaluate the inhibition of calcium carbonate scale by chemicals,and the magnitude of binding energy of polymer molecules to the surface of CaCO_(3) aragonite crystals is in the order of PESA>PAA>PASP,which is the same as that obtained from electrochemical tests.
