摘要
山西省依托独特的生态禀赋,形成了以苹果、梨等为核心的温带水果产业体系,成为全国重要水果生产基地。当前产业发展面临品种结构趋同、标准化生产滞后、劳动力供给不足与产业链协同薄弱等问题。“十五五”期间,果业未来发展方向在于优化布局与品种结构,以匹配多元化需求;强化技术支撑,推动智能、低碳生产提升效率与品质;深化采后处理、加工与市场体系协同,贯通全产业链;积极拓展果业功能,促进一二三产业深度融合,以创新驱动和价值链升级引领产业可持续发展。
Relying on unique ecological advantages,Shanxi Province has established a temperate fruit industry system centered on apples and pears,and has become an important national fruit production base.However,Shanxi fruit industry was faced with challenges such as single variety structure,inadequate standardized production,insufficient labor supply,and weak industrial chain coordination.During the“15th Five-Year Plan”period,the future development trend of the fruit industry will focus on optimizing regional layout and variety structure to meet diversified market demands,strengthening technological support to promote intelligent and low-carbon production,thereby improving efficiency and quality,deepening coordination in post-harvest processing,value-added processing and market systems to integrate the entire industry chain;and actively expanding multifunctional fruit industry practices to foster the deep integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.These measures will drive sustainable industry development through innovation and value chain upgrading.
