摘要
藤茶作为我国武陵山区等地域的特色药食同源植物,具有调节糖脂代谢、抗氧化、抗炎及美白等多重功效。研究以梵净山藤茶为原料,以DPPH自由基清除率为指标,通过L_(9)(3^(3))正交试验优化水提工艺,以最佳料液比、温度、时间制备藤茶水提物;然后以乳木果油、甜杏仁油、二甲基硅油、鲸蜡硬脂基葡萄糖苷(M68)、甘油、藤茶水提物为配方成分,筛选出藤茶护手霜的最佳配方,并检测产品稳定性、pH及皮肤刺激性。结果显示,藤茶水提最优工艺为料液比1∶30、70℃、90 min;护手霜最佳配方为乳木果油6%、甜杏仁油8%、二甲基硅油4%、鲸蜡硬脂基葡萄糖苷(M68)7.5%、甘油10%。经检测,产品性能稳定、pH符合标准、无刺激性。研究填补了藤茶在手部护理领域的应用空白,为其商业化提供参考。
As a characteristic food and medicine homologous plant in regions such as the Wuling Mountain Area of China,vine tea exhibits multiple effects including regulating the body's glucose and lipid metabolism,as well as having antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and skin-whitening properties.In this study,vine tea from Fanjing Mountain was used as the raw material,with the DPPH free radical scavenging rate as the evaluation index.The water extraction process was optimized Using L_(9)(3^(3))orthogonal experiment,and the vine tea water extract was prepared under the optimal conditions of material-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,and extraction time.Subsequently,with shea butter,sweet almond oil,dimethyl silicone oil,cetearyl glucoside(M68),glycerin,and vine tea water extract as formula components,the optimal formula of vine tea hand cream was screened.The product's stability,pH value,and skin irritation were also tested.Results showed that the optimal water extraction process for vine tea was a materialto-liquid ratio of 1∶30,extraction temperature of 70℃,and extraction time of 90 min.The optimal formula for the hand cream was 6%shea butter,8%sweet almond oil,4%dimethyl silicone oil,7.5%cetearyl glucoside(M68),and 10%glycerin.Tests indicated that the product had stable performance,a pH value meeting the relevant standards,and no skin irritation.This study fills the application gap of vine tea in the field of hand care and provides a reference for its commercialization.
