摘要
重质组分的转化率直接影响蜡油加氢裂化的效率和产品的质量。文章分析了蜡油加氢裂化过程中重质组分转化率的影响因素,重点探讨催化剂的性质、反应条件、原料组成等因素对转化率的影响,并提出催化剂优化、反应条件精细调控和氢气循环利用等提高转化率的措施。通过理论分析与实践探索,期望为优化蜡油加氢裂化过程提供参考。
The conversion rate of heavy components directly affects the efficiency of wax oil hydrocracking and the quality of products.In this paper,the factors influencing the conversion rate of heavy components in the process of wax oil hydrocracking are analyzed.The influences of catalyst properties,reaction conditions and raw material composition are emphatically discussed.Some measures to improve the conversion rate are proposed,such as catalyst optimization,fine regulation of reaction conditions and hydrogen recycling.Through theoretical analysis and practical exploration,it is expected to provide reference for optimizing wax oil hydrocracking process.
