摘要
目的分析护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist,MNS)研究生对跨学科培养的认知、需求及跨学科培养存在的现实问题。方法2024年10月—2025年4月对具有MNS招生资格院校的MNS研究生进行一般资料和MNS研究生跨学科培养现状、需求及期望问卷调查,回收有效问卷397份。结果高达87.41%的MNS研究生表示从未接受过跨学科领域教师的指导;仅有8.82%的MNS研究生在毕业论文中尝试跨学科选题,5.79%运用跨学科理论或方法撰写论文。近半数(47.86%)MNS研究生强烈认同跨学科培养的必要性,但超过半数(51.89%)仅停留在“听说过”层面;课程设置方面,仅34.51%的学校构建了“选修+必修”相结合的跨学科课程;MNS研究生最希望护理学与心理学(82.62%)、公共卫生(80.10%)等学科交叉融合,对真正意义上的打破学科壁垒“医学+X”跨学科交叉融合存在较大认知差距。结论MNS研究生对跨学科培养需求强烈但认知不足;跨学科课程体系不完善、导师指导方式单一,供需失衡状态凸显。应完善制度保障,明确MNS跨学科培养目标,促使“护理专硕+X”跨学科培养模式真正落地实施。
Objective To analyze the cognition,demand and practical problems of interdisciplinary training among MNS students.Methods From October 2024 to April 2025,a questionnaire survey on general information,status,demand and expectation of interdisciplinary training was conducted among MNS students from institutions qualified for MNS enrollment,with 397 valid questionnaires recovered.Results As high as 87.41%of MNS students reported that they had never received guidance from teachers of interdisciplinary fields;only 8.82%of MNS students attempted interdisciplinary topics in their graduation thesis,and 5.79%used interdisciplinary theories or methods to write thesis.Nearly half(47.86%)of MNS students strongly agreed with the necessity of interdisciplinary training,while more than half(51.89%)only stayed at the level of"having heard of it".In terms of course design,only 34.51%of the schools had constructed interdisciplinary courses combining"elective courses+compulsory courses".MNS students most expected the interdisciplinary integration of nursing with psychology(82.62%)and public health(80.10%),but there was a large cognitive gap in the real interdisciplinary integration of"medicine+X"that breaks down disciplinary barriers.Conclusion MNS students have strong demand but insufficient cognition for interdisciplinary training,the interdisciplinary course system is imperfect,the tutor guidance method is single,and the imbalance between supply and demand is prominent.It is necessary to improve the institutional guarantee,clarify the goal of MNS interdisciplinary training,and promote the real implementation of the"MNS+X"interdisciplinary training model.
