生物刺激反馈仪联合盆底肌训练在阴道分娩产后盆底功能障碍初产妇产后康复中的效果分析

摘要 目的 探讨生物刺激反馈仪联合盆底肌训练在阴道分娩产后盆底功能障碍初产妇产后康复中的效果。方法 选取78例阴道分娩产后盆底功能障碍初产妇为研究对象,以双色球法分成对照组及观察组,各39例。对照组实施盆底肌训练,观察组实施生物刺激反馈仪联合盆底肌训练。比较两组治疗前后的盆底肌力分级,盆底功能障碍[盆底功能障碍问卷表(PFDI-20)]及性功能[女性性功能指数量表(FSFI)]评分,生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)]评分。结果 治疗后,观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力分级分别为(4.10±0.24)、(3.22±0.19)级,均高于对照组的(3.39±0.34)、(1.94±0.16)级(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PFDI-20评分(13.10±2.21)分低于对照组的(18.66±2.50)分,FSFI评分(30.62±3.82)分高于对照组的(27.64±4.41)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组GQOLI-74评分(82.64±3.80)分高于对照组的(76.41±4.26)分(P<0.05)。结论 生物刺激反馈仪联合盆底肌训练可改善阴道分娩产后盆底功能障碍初产妇盆底功能障碍程度,促进产后恢复,有助于盆底肌力、性功能的恢复,提高产妇的生活质量。 Objective To explore the role of biological stimulation feedback device combined with pelvic floor muscle training in postpartum rehabilitation of primiparous women with pelvic floor dysfunction following vaginal delivery.Methods 78 primiparous women were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group using the chromosphere method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor muscle training,while the observation group received a combination of biological stimulation feedback device and pelvic floor muscle training.Comparing the pelvic floor muscle strength grading,pelvic floor dysfunction[Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-Short Form 20(PFDI-20)],sexual function[Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)]scores,and quality of life[Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)]scores between two groups.Results After treatment,the muscle strength grading of typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fibers in the observation group were(4.10±0.24)and(3.22±0.19)grades,which were both higher than those in the control group[(3.39±0.34)and(1.94±0.16)grades](P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a lower PFDI-20 score of(13.10±2.21)points than the control group's(18.66±2.50)points,and a higher FSFI score of(30.62±3.82)points than the control group's(27.64±4.41)points(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a higher GQOLI-74 score of(82.64±3.80)points than the control group's(76.41±4.26)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of biological stimulation feedback device and pelvic floor muscle training can improve the pelvic floor dysfunction in primiparous women with pelvic floor dysfunction following vaginal delivery,promote postpartum recovery,and help with the recovery of pelvic floor function and sexual function,thus improving the quality of life of patients.
