摘要
教育家精神为新时代民办高校英语教师队伍建设明确了教育的价值观、道德观、育人观、职业观、伦理观、弘道观。研究阐释了教育家精神的内涵,分析了教育家精神引领下新时代民办高校英语教师队伍建设的四大方向,提出了教育家精神引领下新时代民办高校英语教师队伍建设路径,即明确教科研报国导向,把牢师德教育引领,紧抓教师实践研修,创新教育家精神涵育文化,以期为新时代民办高校建设高质量专业化英语教师队伍提供实践参考。
The spirit of educators has clarified the values,morality,education,profession,ethics,and promotion of education for the construction of English teachers in private universities in the new era.The study explains the connotation of the spirit of educators,an⁃alyzes the six directions for the construction of English teacher teams in private universities in the new era under the guidance of the spirit of educators,and proposes a path for the construction of foreign language teacher teams in private universities in the new era under the guidance of the spirit of educators,namely,firmly grasping the guidance of teacher ethics education,clarifying the orientation of teaching,research and serving the country,and focusing on teacher practical training,so as to provide practical reference for the construction of high-quality and professional English teacher teams in private universities in the new era.
