摘要
某项目主桥深水承台施工中,采用16.2 m×16.2 m×6.1 m(长×宽×高)的钢板桩围堰作为基坑支护结构。以该项目为背景,分析围堰的结构形式、施工工况、结构力学响应及安全性等方面,基于现场实测数据建立围堰有限元模型,模拟基坑开挖各阶段的受力与变形特征,并评估钢板桩围堰施工过程中的结构响应。结果表明,该钢板桩围堰整体刚度良好,关键部位应力与变形均处于受控状态,其强度、刚度及稳定性均满足相关规范要求,能为承台施工提供安全、可靠的作业空间。
In deep-water bearing platform construction of the main bridge of a project,the steel sheet pile cofferdam of 16.2 m×16.2 m×6.1 m(length×width×height)is used as the foundation pit support structure.Based on the project,this paper analyzes the structural form,construction conditions,structural mechanical response and safety of the cofferdam,builds the finite element model of the cofferdam based on the field measured data,simulates the force and deformation characteristics at each stage of foundation pit excavation,and evaluates the structural response of the steel sheet pile cofferdam during construction.The results show that the overall stiffness of the steel sheet pile cofferdam is good,the stress and deformation of the key parts are in a controlled state,and its strength,stiffness and stability meet the requirements of relevant codes,which can provide safe and reliable working space for bearing platform construction.
