依达拉奉右莰醇治疗急性脑梗死患者对氧化应激水平及神经功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Edaravone and Dexmedetomidine on Oxidative Stress Levels and Neurological Function Recovery in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的分析依达拉奉右莰醇对急性脑梗死患者的临床应用效果以及对氧化应激水平、神经功能恢复的影响。方法以南平市第一医院收治的急性脑梗死患者为观察对象(样本纳入时间2024年1月至2024年12月,纳入例数120例),随机数字表法分为两组(各60例)。对照组阿替普酶治疗,观察组联用依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,观察两组临床疗效、氧化应激水平及神经功能恢复情况。结果相比于对照组,观察组治疗后丙二醛、神经炎特异度烯醇化酶、中枢神经特异性蛋白水平、不良反应发生率均更低,治疗后超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、有效率均更高(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者在阿替普酶治疗基础上应用依达拉奉右莰醇,可调整患者血清氧化应激水平,加快神经功能恢复速度,且不良反应发生率较低,用药安全性、有效性较佳。 Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of edaravone and dexmedetomidine on patients with acute cerebral infarction,as well as its impact on oxidative stress levels and neurological function recovery.Methods The primary observation subjects were patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Nanping First Hospital.The sample inclusion period was from January 2024 to December 2024,with a total of 120 cases enrolled.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group(using a random number table method,with an equal number of cases in each group,60 cases in each).The control group received alteplase treatment,while the observation group received a combination therapy of edaravone and dextromethorphan.The clinical efficacy,oxidative stress levels,and neurological function recovery were observed in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of malondialdehyde,neuroinflammation specific enolase,central nervous system specific protein,and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment.The levels of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,and effective rate were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions In addition to the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients,the use of edaravone and dexmedetomidine can significantly adjust the serum oxidative stress level of patients,accelerate the recovery of neurological function,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions.The medication is safe and effective.
