摘要
目的:探究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者切皮前用药右美托咪定的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2025年1月我院92例子宫肌瘤患者参与研究,以抽签法分组,研究组予以右美托咪定,对照组予以生理盐水,每组46例,分析两组患者疼痛水平、神经递质水平、负性情绪、睡眠评分。结果:研究组疼痛水平低于对照组,(P<0.05)。研究组神经递质水平低于对照组,(P<0.05)。研究组负性情绪低于对照组,(P<0.05)。研究组睡眠评分低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者中,能缓解患者疼痛,改善神经递质水平,改善患者术后情绪状态,提高患者睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine before skin incision in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2025,92 patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital participated in the study,and were divided into two groups by lottery.The study group was given dexmedetomidine and the control group was given normal saline,with 46 patients in each group.The pain level,neurotransmitter level,negative emotion and sleep score of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The pain level in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of neurotransmitter in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine can relieve patients'pain,improve the level of neurotransmitters,improve patients'emotional state after operation and improve patients'sleep quality in laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery,which is worth popularizing.
