摘要
在国家持续推动教育公平与高质量发展的背景下,高校学生资助工作正加速由“经济帮扶”向“协同育人”转型。本文基于协同理论,构建了“校内协同-社会协同-家校协同”的三维分析框架。研究发现,统筹力不足与机制碎片化并存、联动机制薄弱与资源动员有限并存以及沟通渠道不畅与协同标准不一并存,导致协同效能尚未充分释放。因此,本文提出提升系统整合与资源统筹能力、构建高校-社会资源融合的共同体以及推动家庭支持与学校育人双向嵌合等,健全校内协同机制、强化社会协同机制和完善家校协同机制的优化路径。
Against the backdrop of China's ongoing efforts to promote educational equity and high-quality development,student financial aid in higher education is undergoing a rapid transformation from"economic assistance"to"collaborative education".Drawing on synergetic theory,this paper constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework comprising intra-university synergy,society synergy and homeuniversity synergy.Research findings indicate that the coexistence of insufficient overall coordination and fragmented mechanisms,weak linkage mechanisms and limited resource mobilization,as well as unsmooth communication channels and inconsistent collaborative standards,have led to the fact that the collaborative effectiveness has not been fully unleashed.Therefore,this paper proposes optimization paths such as enhance the ability of system integration and resource coordination,build a community of integrated resources between universities and society,and promote the two-way integration of family support and university education,as well as to improve the intra-university synergy mechanism,strengthen the society synergy mechanism and perfect the home-university synergy mechanism.
