广东乡镇雨水管网系统常见问题分析与智能策略研究

摘要 文章以广东省某亚热带季风气候区乡镇为研究对象,结合当地温和多雨、地形复杂的特征,系统剖析雨水管网系统常见问题。研究发现,城镇区域存在雨水管网结构缺陷及倒灌问题、农村区域雨水设施缺失且灾害应对能力薄弱、山体洪水防控不足与清洁基流失衡三大核心问题。从技术策略与工程实践层面,融入智能化技术与海绵城市建设理念,提出雨水管道改造升级与科学铺设、多层次雨水调蓄设施智能建设与运维、截洪系统构建与箱涵海绵城市改造三大优化路径,同时明确相应的施工管控、长效运维要求。研究成果可为同类气候与地形条件下城乡雨水管网系统的优化升级提供参考。 This paper takes townships in a subtropical monsoon climate zone of Guangdong Province as the research object.Combining the local characteristics of mild and rainy weather and complex terrain,it systematically analyzes common problems in rainwater pipeline systems.The study found three core issues:structural defects and backflow problems in rainwater networks in urban areas,lack of rainwater facilities and weak disaster response capacity in rural areas,and insufficient mountain flood control and imbalance of clean base flow.From the perspective of technical strategies and engineering practice,integrating intelligent technology and the concept of sponge city construction,three optimization paths are proposed:upgrading and scientifically laying rainwater pipelines,intelligent construction and operation of multi-level rainwater storage facilities,and construction of flood interception systems and sponge city renovation of box culverts,with specific construction control and long-term operation and maintenance requirements clarified.The research results can provide a reference for the optimization and upgrading of urban and rural rainwater pipeline systems under similar climatic and topographic conditions.
