不同类型植物叶片性状网络的比较研究

Comparative Study of Leaf Trait Networks in Different Types of Plants

摘要 植物的生长、发育和繁殖等各种生命活动均依赖于多性状的相互协作,近年来生态学家通过构建植物性状网络(plant trait networks,PTNs)量化多个性状间的协作方式。本研究选取了来自中国植物性状数据库(CPTD v2.0)中7个能反映叶片形态与化学计量的典型性状,构建了叶片质地、叶片厚度、叶片类型、叶片物候、植物物候和植物生活型各类型下的叶片性状网络,旨从性状网络的角度揭示不同类型植物对环境的适应策略。结果表明叶C、N、P、K含量之间呈显著相关,且在各类型中比叶重(LMA)和叶干物质含量(LDMC)均呈极显著正相关关系。在叶片厚度类别中,随着叶片厚度的增加,性状网络关系更加紧密;在植物物候类别中,一年生植物叶片性状之间的相互依赖性高于多年生植物;在生活型类别中,草本、蕨类及竹类和灌木的性状网络关系更紧密。 The growth,development,and reproduction of plants are intricately linked to the interaction of multiple traits.In recent years,ecologists have quantified the ways in which various traits interact by constructing plant trait networks(PTNs).In this study,we selected seven typical leaf traits from the Chinese Plant Trait Database(CPTD v2.0)that reflect leaf morphology and stoichiometry,and constructed leaf trait networks for leaf texture,leaf thickness,leaf type,leaf phenology,plant phenology,and plant life form categories.The aim was to reveal the adaptive strategies of different types of plants to their environment from the perspective of trait networks.The results showed significant correlations among leaf carbon(C),nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K)contents,and these relationships were more significant than those between leaf mass per area(LMA)and leaf dry matter content(LDMC)in different classifications.In the leaf thickness category,the relationships in the trait network became tighter with increasing leaf thickness.In the plant phenology classification,the interdependence of leaf traits in annual plants was higher than in perennial plants.In the life form category,the trait network relationships were tighter in herbaceous,fern and bamboo,and shrub plants.
