摘要
在共同富裕战略目标的引领下,饲料产业振兴既是农业现代化的核心内容,也是实现经济可持续发展的关键举措。文章从理论逻辑层面系统阐述了饲料产业振兴在农民增收、城乡协调、分配公平和绿色低碳等方面的重要价值,并在此基础上进一步提出以科技创新为引擎、以联农带农为抓手、以绿色转型为方向、以政策金融为支撑、以区域特色为布局的实现路径,旨在推动饲料产业高质量发展,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、扎实推进共同富裕提供坚实的产业支撑。
Under the guidance of the strategic goal of common prosperity,the revitalization of the feed industry is not only a core component of agricultural modernization but also a key measure for achieving sustainable economic development.This paper systematically expounds the significant value of feed industry revitalization in terms of increasing farmers'income,coordinating urban and rural development,ensuring fair distribution,and promoting green and low-carbon development from the theoretical logic perspective.On this basis,it further proposes realization paths such as taking technological innovation as the engine,using the connection and leading of farmers as the handle,taking green transformation as the direction,relying on policy and finance as support,and arranging according to regional characteristics,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the feed industry and provide solid industrial support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and steadily advancing common prosperity.
