摘要
目的:探究针对性护理在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月莒南县人民医院收治的78例重症肺炎患者,采用抽签法随机分为参照组(常规护理)、试验组(在参照组基础上实施针对性护理),每组39例。对两组护理效果进行分析。结果:试验组不良事件总发生率低于参照组(P=0.042),呼吸机撤机成功率高于参照组(P=0.007)。干预后,试验组经皮血氧饱和度、动脉血二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧分压、呼吸频率优于参照组(P<0.001)。试验组各项治疗时间比参照组短(P<0.001);干预后,试验组改良呼吸困难指数、急性生理功能和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ评分低于参照组(P<0.001)。结论:针对性护理应用在ICU重症肺炎护理中,有助于加快患者症状缓解速度,提高撤机成功率,减少不良事件,且能够改善其呼吸功能、症状严重程度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with severe pneumonia in the ICU.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Junan County People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group(conventional nursing)and the experimental group(targeted nursing was implemented on the basis of the reference group)by lottery,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.042),and the success rate of ventilator weaning in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.007).After the intervention,the percutaneous blood oxygen saturation,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide,arterial partial pressure of oxygen and respiratory rate in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.001).The treatment time of each item in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.001).After the intervention,the modified dyspnea index and acute physiological function and chronic health evaluation II score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Targeted nursing application in the care of severe pneumonia in the ICU can help accelerate the speed of symptom relief for patients,increase the success rate of weaning from the ventilator,reduce adverse events,and improve their respiratory function and the severity of symptoms.
