数字化时代高校医学研究生课程思政的融入与实践

摘要 医学研究生是我国高端医疗卫生人才,在“健康中国”战略中占有重要地位,在培养医学研究生专业技术能力的同时还要对其开展思政教育工作,提升“以人民为中心,以健康为根本”的政治站位,增强“医者仁心,护佑健康”的思想意识。随着医学技术的不断发展和数字化时代的到来,高等医学院校课程思政工作面临新的机遇和挑战。因此,要重点探讨数字化时代医学研究生的特点,将思政教学融入研究生教学工作中,为社会主义建设培养医学英才。 Medical postgraduates are high-end medical and health talents in China,playing a vital role in the“Healthy China”Strategy.Besides fostering their professional skills,it is imperative to conduct ideological and political education,enhance their commitment to putting people first and health at the core,and strengthen their awareness of practicing medicine with benevolence and safeguarding public health.As medical technology advances and the digital era unfolds,curriculum ideology and politics in medical universities face new challenges and opportunities.Thus,we should focus on the traits of medical postgraduates in the digital age,integrate ideological and political elements into postgraduate teaching,and cultivate outstanding medical talents for socialist development.
