摘要
目的探索应用艾托格列净联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法方便选取尤溪县中医医院2024年1月—2025年2月收治的2型糖尿病患者79例,依据差异性治疗方法分为两组,即对照组(n=39,二甲双胍缓释片治疗)、观察组(n=40,艾托格列净联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗)。对比两组患者胰岛功能、血糖水平、治疗有效率、氧化应激指标水平、血脂水平、体重指数、血清同型半胱氨酸指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组治疗后相比,观察组胰岛素曲线下面积、胰岛β细胞功能指数、130/G30、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、超氧化物歧化酶水平均更高,胰岛素抵抗指数、活性氧、丙二醛、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数、血清同型半胱氨酸、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不良反应发生率方面,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗有效率方面,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者开展艾托格列净联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗效果较好,可有效控制患者各项指标,降低病症对机体产生的损伤,合理控制血糖,减少机体应激反应,安全性良好。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of etogliflozin combined with metformin sustained-release tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Between January 2024 and February 2025,79 type 2 diabetic patients treated in Youxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled and randomized into two groups:control group(n=39,metformin sustained-release tablets as monotherapy)and intervention group(n=40,dual therapy with ertugliflozin plus metformin sustained-release tablets).The islet function,blood glucose level,treatment effective rate,oxidative stress index level,blood lipid level,body mass index,serum homocysteine index level and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the area under the insulin curve,pancreaticβ-cell function index,130/G30,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and superoxide dismutase levels in the intervention group were all higher,while the insulin resistance index,reactive oxygen species,malondialdehyde,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,body mass index,serum homocysteine,glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,and fasting plasma glucose were all lower,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the intervention group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the effective rate of treatment,the intervention group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with etogliflozin combined with metformin sustained-release tablets has a better effect.It can effectively control various indicators of patients,reduce the damage caused by the disease to the body,reasonably control blood sugar,reduce the body′s stress response,and has good safety.
