某型直升机滑动轴承用涂层与衬垫磨损行为研究

摘要 目的研究某型直升机滑动轴承内圈G95Cr18(附衬垫)和外圈05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb(附涂层)对磨时的磨损性能和磨损机理,建立其摩擦磨损模型,量化评估某型直升机滑动轴承的耐磨能力。方法制备基体材料为G95Cr18内环带涂层(分别附Cr和Al_(2)O_(3)涂层)与对应圆盘端面衬垫(分别附有FSZ-Z01衬垫和7623型衬垫)的不同样件,分别用于线接触和面接触的摩擦磨损试验。利用电子万能材料试验机、游标卡尺测量内外圈材料的弹性模量,采用超景深三维显微系统和游标卡尺分析测量涂层的厚度,用表面形貌测量系统测量样件表面粗糙度值。利用球盘接触式SRV-4高温摩擦磨损试验机考察不同内环涂层和衬垫的摩擦磨损性能。采用三维白光干涉形貌仪测量表面磨损形貌。结果基于2种方案的滑动轴承(原衬垫方案:FSZ-Z01、Cr;改进方案:7623型衬垫、Al_(2)O_(3))分别在线接触和面接触条件各10组工况下的磨损深度数据,利用Archard模型建立了滑动轴承磨损率模型,通过仿真验证和衬垫厚度250 mm为界限,进行了2种方案的评估。结论衬垫改进方案的抗磨损能力为原方案的4.6倍,说明轴承改进方案的有效性。 The work aims to study the wear performance and wear mechanism of the inner ring G95Cr18(with liner)and outer ring 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb(with coating)for a certain type of helicopter sliding bearings during friction,establish a friction and wear model,and quantitatively evaluate the wear resistance of helicopter sliding bearings.Different specimens with G95Cr18 as the matrix material for the inner ring with coatings(respectively coated with Cr and Al_(2)O_(3))and the corresponding disc end face liners(respectively equipped with FSZ-Z01 liner and 7623-type liner)were prepared for friction and wear tests under line contact and surface contact conditions.The elastic modulus of the inner and outer ring materials was measured with an electronic universal material testing machine and vernier caliper.The thickness of the coating was analyzed with an ul-tra-depth of field three-dimensional microscopy system and a vernier caliper,while the surface roughness of the specimens was measured through a surface topography measurement system.The friction and wear performance of different coatings and liners was investigated with a ball-disc contact SRV-4 high-temperature friction and wear tester.The three-dimensional white light in-terference profilometer was used to measure the surface wear topography.Based on the test data of two sliding bearing schemes(original liner scheme:FSZ-Z01,Cr;improved scheme:7623-type liner,Al_(2)O_(3))under 20 working conditions,an Archard model was used to establish a wear rate model for sliding bearings.Through simulation verification,with the liner thickness of 250 mm as the boundary,the two schemes were evaluated.The wear resistance of the improved liner scheme is approximately 4.6 times that of the original scheme,demonstrating the effectiveness of the bearing improvement scheme.
