摘要
城乡融合发展是中国式现代化的重要支撑,其核心目标在于通过体制机制改革打破城乡二元结构,实现资源要素的双向流动与优化配置。本文系统梳理了城乡融合发展的理论基础与实证研究进展,归纳了社会分工、居民生计、地域空间三大核心视角,分析其在城乡关系重构中的逻辑内涵与适用场域。在实证层面,本文评述了城乡融合发展的多维评价体系、关键影响因素及多元化实践模式,指出其在区域异质性背景下的适应机制与演化逻辑。尽管近年来我国城乡融合不断提速并取得显著成效,但在制度优化、评价体系完善与理论体系系统化等方面仍有进一步提升空间。为此,本文提出未来研究应重点关注三方面内容:一是集成多维理论视角,构建契合中国国情的“空间—生计—功能”一体化理论模型;二是聚焦县域空间尺度开展实证研究,提升政策响应的靶向性与操作性;三是多维度评估体制机制改革成效,推动制度创新与政策优化。本文旨在为城乡融合发展提供系统化理论支撑与实践指导,助力国家现代化战略的纵深推进。
Integrated urban-rural development is a vital pillar of Chinese path to modernization.Its core objective lies in dismantling the urban-rural dual structure through institutional and systemic reform,thereby achieving the bidirectional flow and optimized allocation of resources and production factors.This paper systematically reviews the theoretical basis and empirical research progress of integrated urban-rural development,summarizes the three core perspectives of social division of labor,residents livelihoods,and regional space,and analyzes their logical connotations and applicable fields in the reconstruction of urban-rural relations.At the empirical level,the paper reviews the multidimensional evaluation systems,identifies key influencing factors,and diversified practice models of integrated urban-rural development,pointing out its adaptation mechanisms and evolutionary logic in the context of regional heterogeneity.Despite China’s significant achievements in promoting urban-rural integration in recent years,there remains considerable room for improvement in institutional optimization,evaluation system,and theoretical systematization.Accordingly,this study suggests that future research should focus on three areas.(1)integrating multiple theoretical perspectives to construct a unified“space-livelihood-function”framework that is tailored to China’s national conditions;(2)focusing on empirical research at the county level to enhance the targeting and operability of policy responses;(3)evaluating the effectiveness of institutional reforms from multiple perspectives to promote institutional innovation and policy optimization.This paper aims to provide systematic theoretical support and practical guidance for advancing urban-rural integration,thereby contributing to the in-depth advancement of the national modernization strategy.
