盆周山区农业冷链物流低碳模式研究——以广元市为例

Research on Low-carbon Mode of Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics in the Basin-surrounding Mountainous Area——Taking Guangyuan City as an Example

摘要 文章以盆周山区典型区域广元市为例,针对其农业发展及冷链物流运输存在的痛点问题,研究开发了与盆周山区清洁能源开发利用和广元市山地丘陵地区相适应的低碳冷储技术,研制开发了可移动式低碳冷储终端和线上流转销售平台,低碳冷储终端的日常运行费用和运输成本相较于传统基建式冷库和传统快递物流运输均有效降低,形成了“生产源头直达销售终端”的低碳物流运输路径。最后,在低碳冷储终端、线上流转销售平台与低碳物流运输路径基础上,研究形成了适用于盆周山区的“1+1+N”冷链物流低碳新模式。 This article takes Guangyuan City,a typical area in the mountainous region around the basin,as an example.In response to the pain points in agricultural development and cold chain logistics transportation,it has developed low-carbon cold storage technology that is compatible with the development and utilization of clean energy in the mountainous and hilly areas of Guangyuan City.It has also developed mobile low-carbon cold storage terminals and online circulation and sales platforms.The daily operating costs and transportation costs of low-carbon cold storage terminals are effectively reduced compared to traditional infrastructure-based cold storage and traditional express logistics transportation,forming a low-carbon logistics transportation path of"production source direct to sales terminal".Finally,based on low-carbon cold storage terminals,online circulation and sales platforms,and low-carbon logistics and transportation routes,a new"1+1+N"low-carbon cold chain logistics model suitable for the mountainous areas around the basin was developed.
