摘要
目的评价自行开发的监护仪数据智慧管理系统的应用效果。方法组建研究团队,设计系统应用流程,构建数据采集、数据识别、后台监管模块,开发监护仪数据智慧管理系统并在临床初步应用。比较系统应用前(2023年5月至2024年5月)和应用后(2024年6月至2025年6月)监护仪报警疲劳程度、报警响应时间和更新设备质检标识所需时间、系统使用满意度。结果系统应用后报警疲劳得分、报警响应时间及更新设备质检标识时间显著优于应用前(均P<0.05)。护理人员系统使用满意度评分均>4.50分。结论监护仪数据智慧管理系统的应用可以缓解护士监护仪报警疲劳,提高报警处置效率和护理人员使用满意度。
Objective To develop an intelligent management system for monitor data and evaluate its preliminary application effect.Methods A multidisciplinary research team was formed to design the usage workflow of the system and to construct modules for data acquisition,data recognition,and back end supervision.The intelligent management system for monitor data was developed and preliminarily deployed in clinical settings.Outcomes before system implementation(May 2023-May 2024)were compared with outcomes after implementation(June 2024-June 2025),including alarm fatigue level,alarm response time,time required to update device quality inspection labels,and system usability satisfaction.Results After system implementation,alarm fatigue scores,alarm response time,and time to update device quality inspection labels were significantly improved compared with those before system implementation(all P<0.05).Nursing staff reported high system usability satisfaction,with scores>4.50.Conclusion The intelligent management system for monitor data alleviates nurse alarm fatigue,improves alarm handling efficiency,and achieves high nursing staff satisfaction in clinical use.
