摘要
生成式人工智能作为新一轮技术变革的重要标志,正在重塑劳动的组织方式与价值逻辑,推动劳动关系在潜移默化中发生深刻调整。在平台算法与资本逻辑交织主导下,劳动的自觉性与创造性逐步让位于程序化控制与技术分配,人的主体地位面临日益复杂的挑战。以马克思劳动异化理论为理论基点,可以揭示生成式技术语境下劳动异化的延续与变形机制,指出其在对象结构、过程逻辑、意识形态及社会关系等多个维度的深层表达。在此基础上,有必要确立以人的全面发展为价值取向,通过制度、伦理与技术的多维协同,探索走出异化逻辑的可能路径,推动技术进步真正服务于人的自由实现与社会联结。
Generative artificial intelligence,as a key marker of the new round of technological revolution,is reshaping the organisational model and value logic of labour,driving profound adjustments in the labour relations through subtle yet profound changes.Under the intertwined dominance of platform algorithms and capital logic,the self-awareness and creativity of labour are gradually giving way to procedural control and technological allocation,posing increasingly complex challenges to the subjectivity of human beings.With Karl Marx's theory of alienated labour as a theoretical basis,we can reveal the mechanisms of continuity and transformation of alienation in the context of generative technology,and identify its deep-seated expressions across multiple dimensions,including object structure,process logic,ideology,and social relations.On this basis,it is necessary to establish a value orientation centred on the comprehensive development of humanity,and through the multidimensional coordination of institutions,ethics,and technology,explore possible pathways to transcend the logic of alienation,thereby promoting technological progress that truly serves the realisation of human freedom and social connection.
