摘要
目的分析孕妇的分娩意向及影响因素,为采取针对性的指导与教育促使孕妇积极选择自然分娩提供依据。方法选取2024年1—12月于某院待产的200例孕妇作为研究对象,根据其分娩意向分为剖宫产组和自然分娩组,对两组孕妇进行问卷调查。结果剖宫产组与自然分娩组的孕妇在年龄、受教育程度、孕前贫血率、焦虑/抑郁情绪、妊娠期并发症以及胎儿健康状况方面均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、受教育程度、孕前贫血率、焦虑/抑郁情绪、妊娠期并发症以及胎儿健康状况均为影响孕妇分娩意向的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论孕妇的年龄、受教育程度、孕前贫血率、焦虑/抑郁情绪、妊娠期并发症发生情况以及胎儿健康状况可对其分娩意向造成影响。因此,应加强对孕妇的健康教育,尤其是针对高龄孕妇要积极进行指导,使其能够充分认识到自然分娩的优越性,从而能够自主选择自然分娩,取得更为理想的妊娠结局。
Objective To analyze pregnant women's delivery intentions and influencing factors for providing a basis for adopting targeted guidance and education to encourage pregnant women to actively choose natural childbirth.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women who were waiting to give birth in a hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a cesarean section group and a natural delivery group according to their delivery intentions,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the pregnant women in both groups.Results There were significant differences between the cesarean section group and the natural delivery group in terms of age,educational level,pre-pregnancy anemia rate,anxiety/depression,pregnancy complications,and fetal health status(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,educational level,pre-pregnancy anemia rate,anxiety/depression,pregnancy complications,and fetal health status were all independent influencing factors for pregnant women's delivery intention(P<0.05).Conclusion A pregnant woman's age,educational level,pre-pregnancy anemia rate,anxiety/depressive emotions,occurrence of pregnancy complications,and fetal health status can affect her delivery intention.Therefore,health education for pregnant women should be strengthened,especially active guidance for elderly pregnant women,so that they can fully understand the advantages of natural childbirth,thereby being able to independently choose natural childbirth and achieve a more ideal pregnancy outcome.
