摘要
在分析畜牧兽医专业课程体系内容及背景的基础上,提出了构建“二元-多维-交互”人才培养方案的策略,以期通过定义自主创新、多维度课堂教学制度和持续改善与互动信息反馈,进一步优化人才培养模式。同时,研究总结了“订单式”人才培养机制的实践路径,阐明了校企合作办学、要求科学研究与反馈、实习培训和就业连接的必要性。此外,还探讨了自主创新科研平台与应用实践信息化平台建设,以推动产学研用紧密结合和资源整合共享。最后,讨论了促进教育、促进学习的实施路径,学术科研精锐选拔与强化科研培训的具体措施,为畜牧兽医专业的人才培养提供了系统、可行的指导方案。
On the basis of analyzing the content and background of the curriculum system of animal husbandry and veterinary majors,this article proposes the establishment of a“binary-multidimensional-interactive”talent training plan,in order to further optimize the talent training mode by defining independent innovation,multi-dimensional classroom teaching system,and continuous improvement and interactive information feedback.At the same time,the practical path of the“customized talent cultivation”mechanism was discussed,and the necessity of school enterprise cooperation in running schools,requiring scientific research and feedback,internship training,and employment connection was elaborated.In addition,this article also introduced the construction of independent innovation research platforms and application practice information platforms,promoting the close integration of industry,academia,research and application,and resource integration and sharing.The specific measures were discussed,including the implementation path of promoting education and learning,the selection of academic research elites,and strengthening scientific research training,providing systematic and feasible guidance for the development of the livestock and veterinary profession.
