摘要
习近平总书记指出,中国式现代化,民生为大。下力气建设“好房子”,是保民生、稳经济、促发展的系统工程。本文系统阐释了“好房子”作为新消费、新供给的战略定位和时代特征,详细阐述了“好房子”技术发展方面,并研究提出了“好房子”产业发展策略,为“好房子”落地实践提供理论支撑和方向参考。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that for Chinese-style modernization,people’s livelihood is of paramount importance.Making efforts to build“Better Housing”is a systematic project for ensuring people’s livelihood,stabilizing the economy and promoting development.This article systematically expounds the strategic positioning and contemporary characteristics of“Better Housing”as a new consumption and new supply,elaborates in detail on the technological development of“Better Housing”,and studies and proposes the industrial development strategies for it,providing theoretical support and direction reference for the practical implementation of“Better Housing”.
