摘要
以新疆大南湖二矿原岩工作面为研究对象,采用FLUENT 19.2软件建立露天煤矿工作面原岩注水预湿三维流场模型,分别分析注水成分、注水流速及注水压力等参数对露天煤矿原岩注水预湿效果的影响,并设计原岩粉尘注水预湿验证试验。结果表明:抑尘剂溶液注水预湿效果优于只使用水注水预湿效果;最佳注水流速为6 m/s,最佳注水压力为4 MPa;原岩粉尘注水预湿验证试验结果与数值模拟结果吻合。研究为实现露天煤矿工作面原岩注水预湿抑尘提供了理论依据。
Taking the raw rock working face of Xinjiang Dananhu No.2 Mine as the research object,the article adopts FLUENT 19.2 software to establish the three-dimensional flow field model of water injection and pre-wetting in the open-pit coal mine working face,and analyzes the effects of water injection composition,water injection flow rate and water injection pressure on the water injection and pre-wetting effect in the open-pit coal mine working face,and designs the validation test for raw rock dust the water injection and pre-wetting.The results show that the effect of dust suppressant solution water injection pre-wetting is better than that of water injection pre-wetting only;the optimal water injection flow rate is 6 m/s and the optimal water injection pressure is 4 MPa,respectively;and the results of water injection pre-wetting validation test of the raw rock dust coincide with the numerical simulation results.The study provides a theoretical basis for the realization of dust suppression by water injection and pre-wetting of raw rock in the working face of open-pit coal mines.
