摘要
生成式大模型通过多模态数据整合、深度语义理解及动态知识推理等功能,为电力行业知识管理提供创新技术路径。其优势体现在多源异构数据治理、知识图谱构建与动态演化,以及垂直领域专用模型训练等方面。针对电力企业设备参数、非结构化文本及专家经验等复杂数据,基于Transformer架构的生成式大模型,通过领域适配、知识蒸馏和持续学习,构建“通用基座+电力微调”的专用模型,支持设备智能运维、新能源出力预测及多目标优化决策等场景。通过边云协同架构与多智能体协作,实现实时数据处理与跨域知识推理的协同优化,结合联邦学习与差分隐私技术保障数据安全。该技术体系可以推动电力知识服务从碎片化经验驱动向全链条数据智能转型,显著提升设备管理效率、预测精度及决策科学性,为能源系统智能化升级奠定基础。
Generative large models provide innovative technological paths for knowledge management in the power industry through multimodal data integration,deep semantic understanding,and dynamic knowledge reasoning capabilities.Its advantages are reflected in multi-source heterogeneous data governance,knowledge graph construction and dynamic evolution,as well as vertical domain specific model training.For complex data such as equipment parameters,unstructured text,and expert experience in power enterprises,a generative large model based on Transformer architecture is constructed through domain adaptation,knowledge distillation,and continuous learning to build a specialized model of"universal base+power fine-tuning",supporting scenarios such as intelligent equipment operation and maintenance,new energy output prediction,and multi-objective optimization decision-making.By utilizing edge cloud collaborative architecture and multi-agent collaboration,real-time data processing and cross domain knowledge inference can be optimized collaboratively,while combining federated learning and differential privacy technology to ensure data security.This technological system promotes the transformation of power knowledge services from fragmented experience driven to full chain data intelligence,significantly improving equipment management efficiency,prediction accuracy,and decisionmaking scientificity,laying the foundation for the intelligent upgrading of energy systems.
