摘要
心房颤动(房颤)是目前最常见的心律失常。指南推荐对于抗心律失常药物治疗无效或不能耐受的房颤患者应行导管消融以减少房颤复发、改善症状。持续性心房颤动机制复杂,导管消融治疗复发率仍较高。环肺静脉隔离仍是治疗持续性心房颤动的基石,但成功率较低,故其额外消融术式应运而生。本文主要就左心房线性消融治疗持续性心房颤动的进展进行阐述。
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common type of arrhythmia at present.The guideline recommends that for patients with atrial fibrillation who do not respond to or cannot tolerate antiarrhythmic drug therapy,catheter ablation should be performed to reduce the recurrence of atrial fibrillation and improve symptoms.The mechanism of persistent atrial fibrillation is complex,and the recurrence rate of catheter ablation treatment remains relatively high.Circumpulmonary vein isolation is still the cornerstone of the treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation,but its success rate is relatively low,so the additional ablation for it is born at the right moment.This article mainly describes on the progress of linear ablation of left atrial in the treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation.
