基于专利数据挖掘的我国直缝焊管技术创新与发展研究

摘要 基于国家知识产权局与中国专利信息中心数据库,利用组合赋权-关联网络模型、K-means聚类与Apriori算法,设计专利数据挖掘、组织与分析技术路径,通过构建专利数据集对直缝焊管技术相关专利数据进行挖掘、组织、定量与可视化分析。分析结果显示,中国直缝焊管技术专利发展经历两个阶段,以2000年为界,目前处于专利增长期。从宏观区域层面,基于产业研发趋势的区域研发能力分为六个聚类,呈现出区域集中度高且发展不均的特点,东部沿海地区的研发能力尤为突出;在中观省市层面,江苏省在专利数量和技术创新方面处于领先地位;微观竞争主体层面,整体技术集中度较低,不存在专利垄断风险。技术机会分析显示,焊接工艺与合金材料领域仍有较大发展空间,尤其是焊接工艺中的辅助设备与管件加工技术,尽管创新难度较大,但具有成为未来技术热点的潜力。 Drawing upon the databases of the National Intellectual Property Administration and the China Patent Information Center,a technical path for searching,organizing,and analyzing patent data has been designed by adopting combination weighting-association network models,K-means clustering,and the Apriori algorithm.The construction of a patent dataset was undertaken with the objective of searching,organizing and quantitatively and visually analyzing relevant patent data for longitudinal welded pipe technology.The analysis reveals that the development of longitudinal welded pipe technology patents in China has undergone two distinct phases,with the year 2000 serving as a significant demarcation point,and is currently experiencing a period of substantial growth.At the macro-regional level,research and development capabilities were categorized into six clusters based on industry research and development trends,exhibiting characteristics of high regional concentration and uneven development,with extreme R&D performance in eastern coastal regions.At the meso provincial and municipal levels,Jiangsu province has been identified as a leading region in terms of both patent quantity and technological innovation.At the micro-competitive entity level,overall technological concentration is low,indicating no risk of patent monopoly.The technical opportunity analysis indicates that considerable development potential persists in the welding processes and alloy materials domains,particularly in auxiliary equipment used in welding processes and pipe fitting processing technology.Notwithstanding their relatively high innovation complexity,these regions possess the potential to evolve into future technological epicenters.
