钢弹簧浮置板轨道在地铁减振降噪中的应用实践与效果评估

摘要 随着城市轨道交通网络化建设的推进,地铁运营引起的噪声污染已成为影响沿线居民生活质量的核心环境问题。钢弹簧浮置板轨道(SSFST)作为国际公认的高等级减振降噪技术(减振量通常可达15~30 dB),通过将轨道结构与基础分离,利用钢弹簧的弹性支撑实现振动隔离。以长春市轨道交通7号线一期工程某住宅线路区域为例,针对钢弹簧浮置板轨道在地铁减振降噪中的应用展开实践分析与效果评估。结果表明:该轨道系统减振性能突出,在“浮置板-隧道壁”关键传递环节减振效果最优,减振量达21dB,且在不同监测点位、列车不同运行速度工况下均能稳定发挥作用,对隧道壁及住宅室内减振效果显著;在噪声控制层面,该技术可实现9~11 dB(A)的降噪量,当列车以60、80 km/h速度运行时,住宅室外1 m处与室内(关窗)均达成上述降噪效果。基于现场监测数据(振动Z振级、噪声声压级)量化评估减振降噪效果,为地铁敏感段减振工程设计提供参考和借鉴。 As urban rail transit networks expand,noise pollution from metro operations has become a major environmental issue impacting residents′quality of life along the lines.Steel spring floating slab track(SSFST),as an internationally recognized high⁃level vibration and noise reduction technology(its vibration damping is usually up to 15 dB to 30 dB),achieves vibration isolation by separating the track structure from the foundation and utilizing the elastic support of steel springs.This paper took a residential line area of the first phase of Changchun Rail Transit Line 7 as a case study to conduct a practical analysis and evaluate the effect of applying steel spring floating plate tracks in reducing vibration and noise in the metro.The practical results show that the vibration⁃damping performance of this track system is outstanding.The vibration⁃damping effect is the most significant at the key transmission link of"floating plate⁃tunnel wall,"with a damping level of 21 dB.Additionally,it operates stably under various monitoring points and at different train running speeds,exhibiting a significant vibration⁃damping effect on the tunnel wall and the interior of residential buildings.In terms of noise control,A noise reduction of 9~11 dB(A)is achieved.When the train run at speeds of 60 km/h and 80 km/h,the above⁃mentioned noise reduction effects are respectively achieved at a distance of 1 meter outside the residence and indoors(with windows closed).Based on on⁃site monitoring data(Z⁃vibration level and sound pressure level),the vibration and noise reduction effects are quantitatively evaluated to provide a reference and inspiration for designing vibration reduction projects in sensitive sections of the metor.
