圆弧砂轮内凹式滚轮修整平台设计

摘要 为解决传统砂轮修整方法出现的待修砂轮磨损及刀具轮磨损问题,设计了圆弧砂轮内凹式滚轮修整平台。该平台由砂轮修整装置、光学检测装置、对中装置、百分表测量装置等组成,工作时将砂轮修整装置安装于机床导轨处,通过对中装置将刀具轮与待修砂轮对中抵接,利用百分表测量装置调整位置精度后开始对滚研磨,研磨过程开启光学检测装置实时检测修整状态。与传统的砂轮修整方法相比,本文方法使工件表面粗糙度和圆度精度均有所提高,实现了超精密加工。 In order to solve the problems of rapid wear of both the grinding wheel and the dressing tool in the traditional method,a concave roller dressing platform and dressing method for arc-shaped grinding wheel are designed.The platform is composed of grinding wheel dressing device,optical detection device,centering device,dial indicator measuring device and so on.When working,the grinding wheel dressing device is installed at the guide rail of the machine tool,and the tool wheel is connected with the grinding wheel to be repaired by the centering device.After adjusting the position accuracy by the dial indicator measuring device,the counter-rolling grinding is started.During the grinding process,the optical detection device is turned on to detect the dressing state in real time.Compared with the traditional grinding wheel dressing method,the surface roughness and roundness accuracy of the workpiece are improved by using this research method,and the ultra-precision machining is realized.
