配电线路电力电缆绝缘老化特性及评估技术分析

摘要 电力电缆作为配电网电能传输的核心载体,其绝缘老化状态直接关系到供电可靠性与系统安全。本文系统分析了交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绝缘老化的多因素耦合机理,包括热老化、电老化、机械应力及环境老化等作用机制。在此基础上,全面梳理了传统离线检测与现代在线评估技术体系,重点探讨了局部放电监测、特征阻抗分析、多模态传感器网络、泄漏电流双端平衡因子等前沿评估方法的应用特性。结合110kV电缆终端变色、化工厂防护改造等实际案例分析,验证了评估技术的现场适用性。研究进一步指出当前老化评估中存在的技术挑战,并对基于数字孪生与人工智能的预测性维护技术发展趋势进行了展望。 As the core carrier of power transmission in distribution networks,the insulation aging state of power cables directly affects the reliability of power supply and system safety.This article systematically analyzes the multi factor coupling mechanism of insulation aging of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)cables,including thermal aging,electrical aging,mechanical stress,and environmental aging.On this basis,a comprehensive review was conducted on the traditional offline detection and modern online evaluation technology systems,with a focus on exploring the application characteristics of cutting-edge evaluation methods such as partial discharge monitoring,characteristic impedance analysis,multimodal sensor networks,and leakage current dual end balance factors.By analyzing practical cases such as discoloration of 110kV cable terminals and protection renovation in chemical plants,the applicability of the evaluation technology on site has been verified.The study further identified the technological challenges in current aging assessment and provided an outlook on the development trend of predictive maintenance technology based on digital twins and artificial intelligence.
