摘要
本研究基于企业数据管理实践,以某通信服务企业为案例,系统分析了主要原始数据从资源化向资产化转化的实践路径。研究表明:企业核心数据主要依赖人工录入,通过信息平台及Excel等工具承载,并运用机器学习算法与统计分析生成决策依据。当前数据资产化聚焦内部赋能,尚未涉及会计确权环节。案例分析表明,生产经营数据与人力资源数据的深度分析可有效驱动战略决策;通过构建“六库”信息管理平台整合多源数据(人员资质、合同业绩、专家资源等),揭示了跨业务数据间的显著关联性(如拜访-商机-合同-收入形成的价值链,以及收入增长与研发投入、案例数量的正相关性)。研究强调需警惕“数据陷阱”,明确数据驱动决策的本质在于优化支撑(“锦上添花”)。
Based on enterprise data management practices,this study takes a communication service enterprise as a case to systematically analyze the practical path for transforming primary raw data from a resource state into an asset state.The research shows that the enterprise′s core data primarily relies on manual entry,is managed through information platforms and tools like Excel,and is utilized to generate decision-making bases by applying machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.The current focus of data assetization is on internal empowerment and has not yet involved accounting recognition.The case analysis demonstrates that in-depth analysis of production/operation data and human resources data can effectively drive strategic decision-making;by constructing a“Six-Database”information management platform to integrate multi source data(e.g.,personnel qualifications,contract performance,expert resources),significant correlations across business data are revealed(such as the value chain formed by visit-opportunity-contract-revenue,and the positive correlation between revenue growth and R&D investment/case numbers).The study emphasizes the need to be vigilant against“data traps”and clarifies that the essence of data-driven decision-making lies in optimization and support(“icing on the cake”).
