摘要
随着分布式光伏、电动汽车单相并网的普及,配电网三相电流不平衡问题日益凸显,导致电压波动、能量损耗增加及设备寿命下降等问题。针对该问题,对一种含有载调容变压器动态建模与三相潮流分析的主动配电网节能降损方法进行研究。首先,构建考虑相间耦合特性的调容变压器三相潮流模型,准确描述其在不平衡条件下的容量调节行为;其次,在此基础上将传统前推回代算法扩展为适用于多时段三相不平衡场景的动态潮流计算框架;然后,设计以系统三相不平衡度与有功损耗最小为目标函数的优化模型,充分体现调容变压器在调压、降损与相间功率协调方面的作用;最后,引入黑翅鸢优化算法对调容变压器容量进行动态调节,搜索最优控制策略。仿真结果表明,该方法可有效改善配电网三相不平衡状况,使平均不平衡度从13.68%降至2.10%,日最高不平衡度由26.63%降至6.89%,验证了所提方法在提升配电网运行效率和降低能耗方面的有效性和可行性。
With the popularization of distributed photovoltaics and single-phase grid-connected electric vehicles,the problem of three-phase current unbalance in distribution networks has become increasingly prominent,leading to voltage fluctuations,increased energy losses and reduced equipment lifespan.To address this problem,the paper proposes an energy-saving and loss-reduction method for active distribution networks that incorporates dynamic modeling of on-load capacity regulating transformers(OLCRT,a type of OLTC with adjustable capacity)and three-phase power flow analysis.Firstly,a three-phase power flow model of the OLCRT considering the interphase coupling characteristics is established to accurately describe its capacity regulation behavior under unbalance conditions.Secondly,based on this model,the traditional forward/backward sweep algorithm is extended to a dynamic power flow framework suitable for multi-period three-phase imbalance scenarios.Then,an optimization model is designed with the objective of minimizing both the three-phase unbalance degree and active power loss of the system,fully demonstrating the role of the OLCRT in voltage regulation,loss reduction and interphase power coordination.Finally,the black-winged kite algorithm(BKA)is employed to dynamically adjust the transformer’s capacity and search for the optimal control strategy.The simulation results show that the proposed method effectively mitigates three-phase unbalance of the distribution network,reducing the average unbalance rate from 13.68%to 2.10%and the daily maximum unbalance rate from 26.63%to 6.89%,thereby verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method in improving the operational efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
