摘要
目的分析40~45岁女性围绝经期综合征发生现状及影响因素,为临床加强围绝经期管理提供参考。方法纳入2023年6月至2024年5月在南京医科大学第二附属医院进行健康体检和就诊的300名40~45岁女性,采用一般资料调查表、改良Kupperman评分收集相关临床资料,并采用logistic回归分析该年龄段围绝经期综合征发生的影响因素。结果共发放调查表300份,回收有效调查表254份,有效回收率为84.67%。254名女性中,围绝经期综合征有131名,发生率为51.57%,月经规律201名,占比为79.13%,月经紊乱49名,占比为19.29%,4人已绝经,占比为1.57%。单因素分析结果显示,体重指数、孕次及慢性病与40~45岁女性围绝经期综合征发生有关(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析发现,孕次是40~45岁女性围绝经期综合征发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论40~45岁女性围绝经期综合征发生率为51.57%,孕次会影响围绝经期综合征发生情况。
Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome in women aged 40-45 years,so as to provide reference for clinical strengthening of perimenopausal management.Methods From June 2023 to May 2024,300 women aged 40-45 years who underwent physical examination and medical treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were e nrolled.General information questionnaire and modified Kupperman score were used to collect relevant clinical data,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome in this age group.Results A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 254 valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective recovery rate of 84.67%.Among the 254 women,131(51.57%)had perimenopausal syndrome,201(79.13%)had regular menstruation,49(19.29%)had menstrual disorder,and 4(1.57%)had menopause.Univariate analysis showed that body mass index,number of pregnancy and chronic diseases were related to the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome in women aged 40-45 years(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that number of pregnancy was the influencing factor of perimenopausal syndrome in women aged 40-45 years(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome in women aged 40-45 years is 51.57%,and the number of pregnancy would affect the occurrence of perimeno pausal syndrome.
