球周注射曲安奈德治疗多发性一过性白点综合征2例

摘要 1病历资料病例1:患者,女,16岁。因右眼视力下降伴闪光感3 d就诊。既往:无特殊。眼科检查:矫正视力右眼0.4,左眼1.0。双眼前节未见明显异常。眼底照相示黄斑及中周部散在黄白色斑点。光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)示黄斑中心凹处椭圆体结构欠清,不连续。右眼眼底自发荧光(fundus autofluorescence,FAF)示黄斑区及视盘周围不规则强荧光,荧光素眼底血管造影(fundus fluorescence angiography,FFA)示后极部散在不规则稍强荧光。
