摘要
目的:筛选、评价国内外围产期抑郁筛查管理相关证据并进行汇总,为开展临床筛查提供参考。方法:运用PIPOST的原则确定循证问题,明确检索策略和纳排标准;根据“6S”证据金字塔模型逐层检索,系统检索BMJ best practice、中华医学会妇产科学分会专业协会网站等12个专业网站机构有关围产期抑郁筛查管理的证据,包括指南、专家共识等。检索时限:建库至2022年12月。由2名研究员对文献进行方法学质量评价,对符合标准的文献进行资料提取与证据汇总。结果:共纳入9篇文献,其中指南4篇,专家共识5篇。最佳证据包括筛查规范、筛查环境、筛查人员及素质、筛查量表、筛查方式、筛查时间、高危因素7个方面的内容,共32条证据。结论:该研究总结了围产期抑郁筛查管理的最佳证据,为医护人员开展临床筛查提供循证依据,进而有效降低围产期抑郁发生率。
Objective:Screening,evaluating and summarizing evidence related to screening and management of peripartum depression at home and abroad,to provide reference for clinical screening.Method:Use the principles of PIPOST to determine evidence-based issues,clarify search strategies and inclusion criteria;search layer by layer according to the"6S"evidence pyramid model,and systematically search evidence on perinatal depression screening and management from 12 websites and organizations,including BMJ Best Practice and the Chinese Medical Association's Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch professional association website.Search time limit:from the establishment of the database to December 2022.Two researchers evaluated the methodological quality of the literature,and extracted data and summarized evidence for literature that met the criteria.Results:A total of 9 articles were collected,including 4 guidelines and 5 expert consensus.The best evidence includes 7 aspects including screening norms,screening environment,screening personnel and quality,screening scale,screening form,screening time and high risk factors,with a total of 32 evidences.Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence of perinatal depression screening management,provides evidence-based basis for clinical screening,and effectively reduces the incidence of perinatal depression.
