摘要
抑郁症是糖尿病人常见的心理疾病之一,极易导致糖尿患者治疗依从性下降、生理功能失调、自我血糖管理变差等问题,增加糖尿病治疗难度,提高糖尿病致残率、病死率。近几年,随着病例的不断增多,关于糖尿病共病抑郁症的研究备受关注。本文通过大量文献分析,对糖尿病共病抑郁症的发病机制及影响因素研究进展进行综述,以期为临床人员工作实践提供一些理论参考。
Depression is one of the common psychological diseases in diabetes mellitus patients,which can easily lead to problems such as decreased treatment compliance,physiological dysfunction,and poor self-management of blood glucose in diabetic patients,increase the difficulty of diabetes treatment,and increase the disability rate and mortality of diabetes.In recent years,with the increasing number of cases,the research on depression associated with diabetes mellitus has attracted much attention.Through a large number of literature analysis,this article reviews the research progress on the pathogenesis and influencing factors of diabetic comorbid depression,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the work practice of clinical personnel.
