摘要
通过对10个菜心品种长势、叶色、株高、开展度、叶长、叶宽和产量等进行调查,综合评价分析其农艺性状。结果表明,不同品种间的农艺性状差异显著,长势最优、抗性较好及产量最高的菜心品种是新西兰杂交翡翠广府甜菜心。相关性分析发现,菜心株高、开展度、叶长和产量显著相关,叶片数和产量负相关。主成分分析结果表明,菜心农艺性状可分为3个主成分,其中第1主成分(主要包括单株生物量、叶长、叶宽等)贡献率最高,为变异主要来源,且主要与菜心产量相关。聚类分析结果表明,菜心可分为2大类。通过对不同菜心品种进行农艺和抗性性状分析,为菜心品种在海南的进一步推广利用提供理论依据。
In this study,the agronomic and resistance traits of 10 Chinese flowering cabbage(Brassica parachinensis)cultivars,such as growth vigor,leaf color,plant height,width,leaf length,leaf width and yield were investigated.And their agronomic traits were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in agronomic traits among different Chinese flowering cabbage cultivars.The Xinxilanzajiaofeicuiguangfutiancaixin exhibited the best growth vigor,strong resistance and the highest yield.Through correlation analysis,it was found that the plant height,width,leaf length and yield of Chinese flowering cabbage were significantly correlated,and the number of leaves was negatively correlated with yield.The results of principal component analysis indicated that the agronomic traits could be categorized into three principal components,among which the first principal component had the highest contribution rate,representing the main source of variation and being mainly related to the yield.The results of cluster analysis demonstrated that the Chinese flowering cabbage cultivars could be divided into two major groups.In this study,the agronomic and resistance traits of different Chinese flowering cabbage cultiars were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the further promotion and utilization of Chinese flowering cabbage culivars in Hainan.
