摘要
目的基于社会生态系统理论构建痴呆患者居家走失风险管理方案,为痴呆患者居家走失风险的预警、防范和走失应急预案提供参考。方法2024年2—8月,严格按照循证护理方法进行文献研究,结合半结构化访谈结果拟订基于社会生态系统理论的痴呆患者居家走失风险管理方案初稿,采用德尔菲法通过20名专家实施2轮函询对初稿进行评价和调整形成终稿。结果2轮函询专家积极系数均为100%(20/20),权威系数均为0.89,Kendall协调系数为0.223和0.301(均P<0.05)。最终形成包括8个一级指标、40个二级指标及8个三级指标的干预方案。结论痴呆患者居家走失风险管理方案构建需求迫切,具有科学性和实用性,为痴呆患者居家走失风险的预警、防范和走失应急预案的制订提供参考。
Objective To construct the risk management scheme of dementia patients lost at home based on the theory of social ecosystem,which provided reference for early warning,prevention and emergency plan of dementia patients lost at home.Methods From February to August,2024,literature research was carried out in strict accordance with evidence-based nursing methods,and the first draft of risk management scheme for dementia patients lost at home based on social ecosystem theory was drawn up in combination with the results of semi-structured interviews.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of letters to 20 experts to evaluate and adjust the first draft to form the final draft.Results The enthusiasm of the experts in the two rounds of correspondence consultation was 100%(20/20).The authority coefficient were both 0.89,and the overall Kendall harmony coefficient were 0.223 and 0.301(both P<0.05).Finally,an intervention plan including 8 first-level indicators,40 second-level indicators and 8 third-level indicators was formed.Conclusions There is an urgent need to build an scheme for the lost risk management of dementia patients'home loss,which is scientific and practical,and provides reference for the early warning,prevention and emergency plan for dementia patients'home loss risk.
