摘要
目的:分析产科病房仪器管理过程中应用品管圈活动对于仪器维护管理的影响效果情况。方法:本次研究调查时间为2022年1月~2023年12月,其中,2022年1月~12月产科病房仪器管理应用常规管理模式,2023年1月~12月产科的病房仪器管理应用品管圈活动管理模式,比较分析活动前后的病房仪器维护管理情况。结果:品管圈活动后产科病房仪器的维护管理不合格事件发生率较低,并且病房仪器清点的困难次数少于活动前,病房仪器出现故障以及线路异常事件的发生率也低于活动前(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动应用于产科病房仪器管理中可有效改善仪器的维护管理效果,提高管理合格率,避免相关管理不良事件的发生。
Objective:The main purpose of this investigation is to analyze the effect of the supply coil activity on the instrument maintenance management in the obstetric ward.Methods:This study was conducted from January 2022 to December 2023,in which the conventional management mode of obstetric ward instrument management was applied from January to December 2022,and the activity management mode of supplies management circle for obstetric ward instrument management was applied from January to December 2023.Compared and analyzed the maintenance and management of ward instruments before and after the activity.Results:The incidence of unqualified maintenance and management of obstetric ward instruments was lower after quality control circle activity,and the number of difficulties in checking ward instruments was lower than before the activity,and the incidence of ward instrument failure and abnormal line events was also lower than before the activity(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle activities in the instrument management of obstetrics ward can effectively improve the maintenance and management effect of instruments,increase the management qualification rate,and avoid the occurrence of related management adverse events.
