摘要
研究了硅铝比(3.0、3.5、4.0)、硬脂酸钙掺量(0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%)对发泡地聚物抗压强度、表观密度、导热系数的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:当硅铝比一定时,随着硬脂酸钙掺量的增加,发泡地聚物的抗压强度增大,表观密度、导热系数均先降后增;当硬脂酸钙掺量一定时,随着硅铝比的增大,发泡地聚物的抗压强度呈现差异性变化趋势;发泡地聚物的主要物相为莫来石和石英,其内部存在微裂纹、未水化的粉煤灰以及N-A-S-H凝胶;当硅铝比一定时,随着硬脂酸钙掺量的增加,发泡地聚物的孔径细化、孔壁变薄、气孔率基本先增后降,但过量的硬脂酸钙会导致孔壁变厚。
The effects of silicon-aluminum ratio(3.0,3.5,4.0)and calcium stearate content(0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%)on the compressive strength,apparent density,and thermal conductivity of foamed geopolymer were investigated,aand the microscopic analysis was carried out.The results show that when the silicon-aluminum ratio is constant,with the increase of calcium stearate content,the compressive strength of foamed geopolymer increases,while the apparent density and thermal conductivity decrease first and then increase.When the content of calcium stearate is constant,the compressive strength of foamed geopolymer changes differently with the increase of the silicon-aluminum ratio.The main phases of foamed geopolymer are mullite and quartz,and there are microcracks,unhydrated fly ash and N-A-S-H gel in it.When the silicon-aluminum ratio is constant,with the increase of calcium stearate content,the pore size of foamed geopolymer is refined,the pore wall is thinner,and the porosity basically increases first and then decreases,but excessive calcium stearate can lead to the thickening of the pore wall.
