3D打印辅助MDT教学模式在口腔颌面肿瘤外科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用

Application of 3D print-assisted MDT teaching mode in standardized training teaching in residents of oral and maxillofacial oncology surgery

摘要 目的本研究将3D打印技术结合多学科协作(Multidisciplinary Team,MDT)教学模式应用于口腔颌面肿瘤外科住院医师规范化培训学员的教学中,探索其是否能打破教学时空的限制,解决颅颌面部解剖结构精细、外科手术教学操作术式复杂等学员难以理解的问题。方法本研究以30名自2023年6月至2024年9月口腔颌面肿瘤外科住院医师规范化培训学员为研究对象,随机分为2组。对比、分析、评估3D打印结合MDT教学与传统教学模式对学员专业知识理解、接受难易程度的影响。MDT教学以典型病例为基础,分为病例讨论、3D模型演示及手术模拟三部分。学员需参与3次以上团队讨论,并观察3D模型手术步骤。结果住培结束时,实验教学组的学员专业考核成绩为86.53±3.23分,显著高于传统教学组学员平均考核成绩74.60±2.56分;同时,实验教学组学员住培期间的学习难易程度评分为1.60±0.63分,显著低于传统教学组平均难易度评分3.20±0.77分。差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印结合MDT教学模式可显著提升口腔颌面肿瘤外科住院医师规范化培训的教学质量。 Objective To evaluate 3D printing technology combined with multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching applied to the teaching of standardized training residents in maxillofacial oncology surgery,and to explore whether it can break the limitation of teaching time and space,and solve the problems of sophisticated craniomaxillofacial anatomical structure and complicated surgical operation in tumor treatment,which is difficult to understand.Methods Thirty patients who enrolled in standardized training in residents of oral and maxillofacial oncology surgery from June 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.Compare and evaluate the impact of 3D printing combined with MDT teaching and traditional teaching methods on students'understanding and acceptance of professional knowledge.MDT teaching is based on typical cases and is divided into three parts:case discussion,3D model demonstration,and surgical simulation.Trainees are required to participate in at least three team discussions and observe the surgical steps using 3D models.Results At the end of the residential training,the scores of students in the experimental teaching group were 86.53±3.23 points,which was significantly higher than the average scores of students in the traditional teaching group 74.60±2.56 points.Meanwhile,the scores of students in the experimental teaching group on learning difficulty during the residential training period were 1.6O±0.63 points.It was significantly lower than the average difficulty score of the traditional teaching group 3.20±0.77.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing combined with MDT teaching model can significantly improve the teaching quality of standardized training in residents of oral and maxillofacial oncology surgery.
