摘要
现有起重机防摆技术未充分考虑高空吊装速度特性及风力干扰,调整滞后性明显,在突发偏转下安全性不足,极大地影响了吊装效率和安全性。提出了一种新型安全吊装技术,以集成陀螺阻尼器与风力辅助控制的起吊防摆控制机构为核心,实现了在复杂环境中的起吊稳定性。实际验证表明:该起吊防摆控制机构能够将起吊时载荷的偏转角减小92.8%,最大可以在15m/s强风环境下工作,为高空作业及恶劣气象条件下的起重机安全吊装提供了可靠保障。
The existing anti swing technology for cranes has not fully considered the characteristics of high-altitude lifting speed and wind interference,and the adjustment lag is obvious.The safety is insufficient under sudden deflection,which greatly affects the lifting efficiency and safety.A new type of safe lifting technology has been proposed,with a lifting anti sway control mechanism integrating gyroscope dampers and wind assisted control as the core,achieving lifting stability in complex environments.Actual verification shows that the anti sway control mechanism for lifting can reduce the deflection angle of the load by 92.8%during lifting,and can work in strong wind environments up to 15 m/s.It provides reliable guarantee for safe lifting of cranes in high-altitude operations and harsh weather conditions.
