摘要
智慧煤矿建设已经成为我国煤炭产业技术发展和生产模式更新的基本趋势,依托智能化技术推动煤矿通风和瓦斯治理全面整合,不仅能够有效提升煤矿井下综采安全水平,还能够实现高效的数据共享,推动智慧煤矿建设水平不断提升。通过分析煤矿通风与瓦斯治理存在的问题,从煤矿井下通风、瓦斯治理角度出发,阐述了智能化技术在煤矿通风系统和瓦斯治理过程中的应用路径,明确技术应用方法,旨在实现对瓦斯抽采和排放的智能化控制,降低设备运行能耗,推动煤矿井下生产作业向着绿色节能方向发展。
The construction of smart coal mines has become a basic trend in the technological development and production mode update of China's coal industry.Relying on intelligent technology to promote the comprehensive integration of coal mine ventilation and gas control can not only effectively improve the safety level of underground comprehensive mining,but also achieve efficient data sharing and promote the continuous improvement of the level of smart coal mine construction.By analyzing the problems in coal mine ventilation and gas control,this article elaborates on the application path of intelligent technology in coal mine ventilation systems and gas control processes from the perspective of underground ventilation and gas control.It clarifies the technical application methods,aiming to achieve intelligent control of gas extraction and discharge,reduce equipment operating energy consumption,and promote the development of underground coal mine production operations towards green and energy-saving direction.
